If during the Replacement Period You are not satisfied with the candidate hired or in the event that the candidate leaves Client’s employment during that time, TEC agrees to search for and refer a replacement candidate to You at no additional cost (even if You hire a replacement candidate for a higher level position or pay the replacement candidate a higher salary, there will be no additional fee due to TEC.) This guarantee does not apply if the employee is terminated due to business reasons such as lay off due to financial constraints, merger or acquisition, or departmental reorganization.
